Fashion | Style Profile: Amy Liddell

Amy Liddell's Style Profile on Lrsmth-Fashion.
Amy doesn't let her university budget stop her from showcasing the latest trends on her fashion blog. Salted Roses is full of colour, heels and lipsticks with a splash of beauty and  lifestyle.

Who are you?
Amy Liddell, Fashion Blogger and Law Student.

Describe your style in one sentence
I’d say my style is quite girly but with a grungy twist. And occasionally a bit of 60s thrown in.

What or who is the biggest influence on your style?
I love Suki Waterhouse’s style and she is my number one style icon. I love her classic but edgy look. I also look at street style and take influence as there are so many people out there with an amazing and unique style.

What's the best way to finding your own style?
It sounds cheesy but I think you just need to let your personality shine through and don’t be afraid to be a little different from everyone else. It has taken me literally years to find my own style as I didn’t really know who I wanted to be but in the end it's best to just be yourself.

What are your favourite stores?
Zara, Topshop, H&M, Urban Outfitters and good ol’Primark. But I love discovering smaller brands and companies like Jones & Jones. I’m very open minded when it comes to shopping.

What’s in your handbag right now? Describe your handbag.
My handbag right now is a leather shoulder bag from Urban Outfitters. Right now it is absolutely packed with revision notes from Uni, my River Island purse, kindle and Game of Thrones book which I have just started reading.

What do you wish you were brave enough to wear?
I love crop tops but I only feel comfortable wearing them with something high waisted! Midi skirts also used to scare me but I’m starting to feel a little bit more comfortable with them now.

What are you wearing in your profile picture?
Stripped dress from Jones and Jones, Cat Eye sunglasses from Accessoryo, Bowler Hat from Topshop and Cut Out boots from H&M.

How do you think your style will change as you grow up?
To be honest I have absolutely no idea. Just looking back at the last 5 years is very, embarrassing. Even since this time last year my style has evolved so I can imagine that even a year from now my style will be very different.
