I remember watching the opening credits of The Devil Wears Prada and one of the women pulls open her draw to reveal her bras perfectly lined up and colour co-ordinated. She's picks one then opens the draw above to select the matching briefs. For me, that was a sign that she had her life together.
It's one of those lessons that the powerful women in your life tell you - matching underwear makes you feel like you can conquer the world. And it's true, you do feel like that.
Is it because we know that underneath we have beautiful lingerie on so we feel in control or is it simply because we've mustered up the energy to find something matching that we should be able to achieve whatever the day throws at us?
Whatever the reason, designers know we love it and have created some gorgeous pieces to make being a powerful woman that much prettier...

I totally agree with this! There's nothing I love more than wearing matching underwear - just feels like I've got my life under control haha
