2015 Style Resolutions with Links of London

A new year comes around and you're more motivated than ever to make 'that' change. This year I've continuously heard 'New Year, New Me', usually with the connotations of exercise and diet. However, us fashion-conscious beings take it as an excuse to create our new style resolutions. Below are my 2015 resolutions, with a little help from Links of London.

Buy Investment Pieces
I say this every year (month & week) but I need to stop impulse buying! I should step back, think about what I need, what will work with what's in my wardrobe and buy investment pieces - clothes/accessories that won't last for just one season.

Try a Statement Piece
Having said that, I need to have more confidence in wearing statement pieces. I personally feel 'uncomfortable' wearing more than 3 colours or 2 different patterns. I need to brave up and experiment.

Add More Colour
My wardrobe currently consists of black, white and grey so I need to add some major colour into my wardrobe. As previously said I hate wearing more than 3 different colours, so I'll be injecting it with accessories or styling it with neutrals.

What are you style resolutions?

  2. I need to make a statement piece resolution too! I look at things and think they're really pretty but never buy or try because I'm too scared to wear them out sometimes.
