A very important date in the diary was "FM Girls" weekend. All of us from university are currently on our placement year working at various companies in London. Despite being in the same city a big catch-up was need (who knew working 9-5 would take up so much time!!) so we designated a weekend to us girls. Friday night we visited Bounce in Holbon which was so much fun! I started off awful at Ping Pong but by the time we left I didn't such too much (or at least the rose allowed me to believe). Saturday was lovely chilled day in sunny Marlybone treating ourselves to Prosecco at Coco Mono. Following weekend we enjoyed the Spring sunshine with a trip to Windsor and a little cafe called Clarence Brasserie - I'd definitely recommend visiting if you're in the area!
Holly & I discovered an absolute London gem - Franco Manca. They're pizza's are beyond tasty and the restaurant has a really authentic Italian business to it. Afterwards a trip to another London delicacy - London Cocktail Club, just off Oxford Street! Martini & Free popcorn - WIN. For Mother's Day my brother & I took our mum up London (I spend more time in the city than at home!) for a day completely up to her - she chose a day exploring Westminster and Piccadilly, followed by late lunch at Prezzo paid for by her "darling" children - major parent points there! New Look invited me to their flagship store early on a Friday morning to pick my favourite Summer pieces and enjoy the 50% Blogger discount. I certainly made the most it, hence the three large bags. I took the last week of March off work and spent it catching up on blog photos and creating content. Plus a trip up to Nottingham for call-back day and to sort out a flat for 3rd year. I treated myself to a little 1st class upgrade with tea, juice & biscuits on tap!
