Monochrome Stripe feat New Look, Topshop and Primark

This week is a very important and significant one. Tomorrow morning (Tuesday) I begin my year placement at River Island as a Press Assistant. I'm so excited but so nervous!

Now that my (short) summer holidays are over I've need to think about my new work wardrobe and this New Look dress stood out to me. I brought this just before I left Nottingham with the intention to wear it casually and at work. I don't whether to admit this or not, but I actually brought this from the 915 range - I couldn't say no to saving £7.

From my previous work experience in the Fashion/PR world, you have to be able to adapt your daytime outfit so you can wear it to whatever evening/nighttime event you have. With this dress I've added some reasonable sized heels (stumbling around is never chic), a black studded clutch bag (big enough for your oyster, phone, make-up and business cards) and a dash of pink lipstick.

Does anyone have any work experience lined up?
